RUMOURS that Tesco has appealed to the High Court over the Planning Inspectorate's recent decision to dismiss an appeal for a new store in Honiton is not true, a company acting for Tesco has told the Herald.

RUMOURS that Tesco has appealed to the High Court over the Planning Inspectorate's recent decision to dismiss an appeal for a new store in Honiton is not true, a company acting for Tesco has told the Herald.Dan Bramwell, of Bramwell Associates, assured this newspaper yesterday (Tuesday) that no decision has yet been taken on Tesco's response."Tesco has not appealed to the High Court," he added.
