TWO former Conservative councillors, who were deselected by their party and stood as Independents in yesterday's Devon County Council elections, have lost their seats.Barry Nicholson and Roger Boote lost out to Conservative candidates Sarah Randall Johnson (Honiton St Michael's) and Paul Diviani (Honiton St Paul's).Two long-serving county councillors, in Axminster and Seaton, have also lost their seats.Conservative Jim Knight ousted Lib Dem Margaret Rogers in the Seaton Coastal ward and Conservative Andrew Moulding took the seat long-held by Lib Dem Douglas Hull in Axminster.Watch this space for updates throughout the day.Full voting figures and party 'swings' to follow.
