BREAKING NEWS: Two car collision in Raymond’s Hill, Axminster

Fire crews and paramedics are currently travelling to the scene.

Fire crews and paramedics were called to Raymond’s Hill in Axminster following a collision.

The incident involved two cars, Devon and Cornwall Police has reported.

The force received a call at 11.35am this morning (Friday, April 22).

BBC Travel Southwest is reporting on Twitter that the A35 at Raymond’s Hill is partially blocked near Crewkerne Road because of the collision.

It added that the A35 traffic flow is very slow westbound from Watton to Charmouth.

Two fire appliances from Axminster and Charmouth were mobilised to the scene.

Upon arrival crews confirmed a two vehicle road traffic collision where all persons were free of the vehicles.

Crews made the vehicles safe and carried out scene safety.
