Builder not guilty of being 'flasher'

An Exeter builder has been cleared of exposing himself to two women in country lanes in East Devon.

An Exeter builder has been cleared of exposing himself to two women in country lanes in East Devon.At Exeter Crown Court 43 year old Keith Armstrong, of Whipton Barton Road, was found not guilty of exposing himself to the two women causing them alarm and distress.The prosecution had claimed that Mr Armstrong was clad only in his boots on one occasion and on the other he exposed his private parts to a horsewoman after asking her if she had ever had sex with a stranger.Mr Armstrong called a number of alibi witnesses in his defence and said that on one occasion he was working on his extension and the second time he was visiting building sites near Exeter.
