A used vehicle is on order and should arrive in Honiton next week.
It has been funded by service users, a legacy and a grant from Honiton Hospital League of Friends.
Ring and Ride passengers now have three buses at their disposal.
Fundraising towards a �46,000 new bus is continuing.
