A total of £3,888 has now been raised for the new community centre in Honiton.

Beehive fund-raisers were busy bees and braved the rain at the weekend to raise £222 for the new community centre in Honiton.

Community centre supporters Valerie Guppy, John Crew, Liz Hayler, John Burgess and Michael Teare were on hand to help sale the draw tickets.

The total figure raised so far now stands at £3,888.
