I am writing with regard

to the article on the front

page of this week's Midweek

Herald. (June 2).

Firstly, am I the only

one who thinks the small

Co-op in Seaton is a convinience

store and, if you

wanted loose onions, you

can get them in the larger

store? Secondly, they do

not sell bags of ten onions,

only 8 and at a cost of just

80p. If this lad had bought

the whole bag in the first

place, he would have saved

himself not only money,

but the embarrassment of

being plastered all over the

local paper.

If he feels the need to

complain, send him out to

Afghanistan with the rest

of our lads. I'm sure he

would have plenty to moan

about when he got home, if

he made it home.
