DARING thieves broke into a parked lorry on the A30 while the driver was asleep in its cab.

DARING thieves broke into a parked lorry on the A30 while the driver was asleep in its cab.They ripped through the side curtain of the articulated lorry and helped themselves to 40 drums of electrical cabling.Police have warned drivers to be vigilant following the theft, which took place at Fairmile during the bad weather, overnight Wednesday, January 21, and Thursday, January 22.Anyone with any information regarding the theft is asked to call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or the police on 08452 777444, quoting crime reference KO/09/33.
