Can EDDC be forced to act?

I have been moved to write this letter as a complaint about the flaws in the Devon Home Choice on-line registration form.

I have been moved to write this letter as a complaint about the flaws in the Devon Home Choice on-line registration form.

Firstly, the form only allows 10 digits for phone numbers and, secondly, another which will have more serious repercussions, in section 12 you are requested to list your medical ailments and it also asks you to list your medication and dosage - but only allows you 100 characters, which is totally insufficient.

The information you give on the form determines your banding which, in turn, determines the success or not of any bid you make.

Despite being fully aware of this situation, EDDC do not intend to do anything about this matter.

I cannot be the only person who has encountered this problem and surely, if enough people complain, EDDC could be forced to take a more positive action?
