A black Toyota Celica was stolen from a snow covered la-yby near Honiton sometime between 8.30am and 7.30pm on Friday, January 8, police have said.

A black Toyota Celica was stolen from a snow covered la-yby near Honiton sometime between 8.30am and 7.30pm on Friday, January 8, police have said.

The vehicle was parked in the lay-by at Annie's Snack Bar on the A303, near to Devonshire Inn Cross on the A30/A303 split.

A police spokesman said: "From marks left in the snow, it would appear the Toyota was loaded onto a trailer or recover- type vehicle."
