Police look after accident victim until ambulance arrives.
Police looked after an accident victim until paramedics arrived at the scene of a crash near Honiton late last night (Wednesday).
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said it sent appliances from Honiton and Cullompton to Dulford at 10.30pn after a car was reported to be on its roof with an occupant still inside.
“Upon arrival, the occupant of the vehicle had managed to get out and was being cared for by the police until the arrival of the ambulance service,” said a spokesman.
He added: “Crews made the vehicle safe and left the incident in the hands of the police.”
