The important role played by guide dogs was highlighted at the latest Care and Share meeting in Honiton with the help of some four-legged helpers.

Members were joined by Iris Steed and three-year-old dog Ellie and Elaine Brooks, who was a trainer of dogs for the blind, who spoke about how the dogs are trained and how they help blind people.

Honiton Baptist Church’s new pastor, Luke Mansfield, also attended the meeting.
