And a chestnut seller would be welcome, too.
Around 20 businesses have already agreed to take part in a Christmas late-night shopping event in Honiton.
Being staged on Thursday, December 6, the event is being organised by Honiton and District Chamber of Commerce and Industry and forms part of a wider range of Christmas happenings in the town.
Wendy Le Masurier, of Wendy’s Cookshop, in High Street, is co-ordinating the late-night shopping event, which will run from 6pm to 8.30pm.
“The Amycrofters and Salvation Army Band will be providing musical entertainment,” she said.
However, carol singers are needed.
Wendy says: “We are looking for carol singers, which will be a great fund-raising opportunity for a group or organisation.
“We are also seeking chestnut sellers and any other Christmas ideas to launch the festive season in Honiton.”
Wendy can be contacted on 01404 45940.
