ENFORCEMENT action could follow a breach of Honiton Town Council's first planning decision under delegated powers. The council has the authority to determine applications for signage and lighting. Carpetright, which has taken over premises at Heathpark formerly occupied by Richley's, has ignored the council's decision and erected too many signs.
