Cash and booze stolen during burglary at Honiton Rugby Club

HONITON Rugby Club has been burgled, with the club s safe and booze being stolen. Police say the building was broken into between 2pm on Monday and 1.30pm on Tuesday.

HONITON Rugby Club has been burgled, with the club's safe and booze being stolen.

Police say the building was broken into between 2pm on Monday and 1.30pm on Tuesday. A security light at the club was smashed.

A crate of bottled Otter Ales was stolen, along with a blue metal safe containing cash in a green fabric bag and a heavy duty NatWest plastic bag.

Police are appealing for information about the burglary. Anybody with information is urged to call 08452 777444.
