Presenter Angela Rippon and antiques expert Paul Hayes will be visiting the business in Harbour Road, Seaton - in attempt to turn people's hidden treasures into cash.
There will be families from Exmouth and Plymouth taking part in the popular BBC TV series, and it will run as two shows.
Lyme Bay Auctions owner Roger Woolland said there would be over 500 lots for a special collectors' auction.
He said: "I'm quite looking forward to it - it's something different. They approached me. It will be for collectible items, such as jewellery, stamps and paintings."
The crew will start filming at 11am and the event is open to the public.
