The town council is demanding action after pensioners complained the building does not comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.
Lack of disabled toilet facilities and a loop system were highlighted during a public meeting last year.
The building is leased from the neighbouring church by East Devon District Council.
It is now under pressure to carry out work.
We are asking: Is it time East Devon District Council improved disabled access at the Mackarness Hall.
Of the votes cast so far, 75 per cent of voters think it is.
