The broken down cement mixer that had been causing long tailbacks eastbound on Four Elms Hill this evening has now been removed.
The incident had been causing very slow traffic, but police are reporting that it’s easing now that the road - the A3052 Four Elms Hill eastbound between Lower Way (Newton Poppleford) and B3176 (Bowd) - has been cleared.
