Charter walk was a joy

I write to say how much I enjoyed Honiton Charter Walk on Sunday, July 27. We gathered at Silver Street and traversed the outskirts of the town, including Copper Castle, Roundball (summit), Beech Walk, Hayne Lane, Otter Inn, Weston, Egland and Combe Rale

I write to say how much I enjoyed Honiton Charter Walk on Sunday, July 27. We gathered at Silver Street and traversed the outskirts of the town, including Copper Castle, Roundball (summit), Beech Walk, Hayne Lane, Otter Inn, Weston, Egland and Combe Raleigh.Many thanks are due to our most able and considerate leader, Ian Jeeves. For me, it really was a trip down memory lane and I know I'm not alone in hoping this event can be repeated next year.Gill Emmett7 Woolbrook MeadSidmouth
