FOUR Co-operative staff members have sky dived in aid of their company charity of the year.
The Seaton and Axminster stores raised 1,250 and 900 respectively for RNID - a charity which supports people who are deaf or hard of hearing - when they launched themselves from a plane at 13,000 feet.
Samantha Mason, one of the four fundraising sky divers, said: "We chose sky diving because none of us had done it before and we also wanted to conquer our fear of heights. It wasn't as scary as we thought it would be".
The money raised will go towards the 2million The Co-operative Group aims to raise for RNID by the end of the year.
