CO-OP has announced it is to invest in its Honiton supermarket, confirming the Lace Walk store will be re-fitted some time this year.

CO-OP has announced it is to invest in its Honiton supermarket, confirming the Lace Walk store will be re-fitted some time this year.Spokeswoman Claire Cook said: "We don't yet have a specific date for this as our 2009 programme has not been finalised."Staff and customers have been feeling the cold in the store, after its heating system broke down.Ms Cook said: "The heating in our Honiton store is currently broken and needs to be completely overhauled."Temporary heaters were brought in but have not been very effective, so an alternative system is currently being installed."We apologise to customers for any inconvenience this has caused.
