Coastguards scrambled after man gets stuck on rocks at Lyme Regis
A man stranded on rocks at Lyme Regis had to be rescued yesterday (Thursday).
Portland Coastguard received a 999 call at around 3.30pm reporting that the walker was stuck and unable to get back to the shore.
The town’s coastguard rescue team was scrambled and they were able to assist the man to safety.
