Collision involving car and cyclist near Seaton

A collision has occurred involving a car and a cyclist near Seaton this evening (Tuesday, November 21).

A Devon and Cornwall Police traffic watch update states that the incident is on the A3052, near the B3172 Seaton Down Hill.

The road is said to be partially blocked, and traffic is moving slowly.
