COLYFORD will be entering the Best Kept Village competition this year.
The village entered last year and was marked 90.5 out of a 100, and received a plaque from East Devon District Council for its effort.
The entry was announced during the annual parish council meeting, and councillors were told that a litter clean up had been held the week before.
