COLYTON Chamber of Feoffees Town Hall and Colyton Football Club are set to benefit from carnival profits this year.

The carnival committee has decided on the two groups as their ‘main aim’ for a share of money made during carnival week.

CFC are looking to buy portable goals for the senior and youth football clubs, and use by young people in general. The goals cost around 2,000 and meet health and safety standards.

The committee has agreed to loan the money immediately and recover it during carnival.

The Chamber of Feoffees hopes to provide some new chairs for the Town Hall.
