A PRIZE-WINNING photographer from Colyton Grammar School has lost her camera and is appealing for help in tracing it.

Alana Medforth, 17, is trying to trace her black Kodak M340, which was last seen at the school.

Alana previously won third prize for in the Horticultural Society Photographer of the Year. Her photos are displayed in a horticultural garden in Cornwall.

Mother Sue said: "This camera has a lot of sentimental value and contains photos of her friends, which mean a lot to her.

"She's been very upset by this. She spends every second trying to trace it. If someone were to return the camera it would make her extremely happy because it never leaves her side."

The camera is in a black carry case with orange lining.

The last photos on it were taken at a birthday party held at the sixth form college
