COLYTON Feoffees' town hall charges have increased to reflect the costs, according to a town councillor.Cllr Bob Collier said during the annual parish meeting that it costs £340 a week to run the hall. He told the Herald the costs included things such as electricity, caretaking and wages. He said: "The hall charges are going up a bit, but we have to cover the costs.
