A COLYTON man has had his vehicle seized by police for anti-social driving.

A COLYTON man has had his vehicle seized by police for anti-social driving.

The 22-year-old was issued with the Section 59 notice after a complaint from the public about his driving on January 26.

To get his vehicle back he will have to pay �105 plus �12 a day storage fees.

Pc Steve Speariett said police witnessed his driving and the section 59 is issued if the driver is being careless or inconsiderate, and causes distress or annoyance to the public.

He said: "The neighbourhood team will not tolerate anti-social driving and will take positive action whenever possible.
