A COLYTON man has appeared in court accused of taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner.
David George Danch Bastin, 23, is alleged to have taken a Mini Cooper, whereby an accident happened, causing injury to three other people.
Bastin, of The Butts, denied the charge and elected to have his case tried at Exeter Crown Court.
Central Devon Magistrates’ Court committed the case for trial for October 8. Bastin has been released on unconditional bail.
