Complex fraud investigation is ongoing.
A Colyton man arrested under the fraud act following a police search of a property yesterday (Tuesday) has been released.
The 70-year-old has been released on police bail until January 19,2012, after he was taken to Heavitree Road police station for questioning.
A warrant was executed by police to search a property near Colyton in connection with an ongoing fraud investigation into allegations about Skiing Europe, a travel company based in East Devon.
