A COLYTON teenager was stopped by police for carrying a passenger on his motorcycle while only a provisional licence holder.
The 17-year-old was issued with a �60 fixed penalty notice and had three penalty points endorsed on his licence for the offence on Monday, February 8, at 7.30pm.
The bike had been displaying 'L' plates.
