TEAMS of three or more are wanted for the Royal Marines Commando Challenge in October.
The charity event, in its 20th year, will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 9 and 10, on Woodbury Common, near Exmouth.
People are invited to try out the famous Royal Marines training course and help raise funds for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and, for the first time this year, The C Group - a charity supporting Royal Marines.
All Teams entering either the 4k cross country route or the 'more interesting' 10k event will face such superb obstacles as the 'Sheep Dip', the 'Crocodile Pit' and 'Peters Pool' - as well as underground tunnels and black bogs.
