The Mayor’s Bear marks the arrival of new signs at Dowell Street Community Garden in Honiton.
The finishing touches have been made to Dowell Street community garden in Honiton.
New signs have now been put up at the site outside Honiton Tourist Information Centre, which was once one of the most neglected corners of the town.
The Mayor’s Bear was on hand to mark the occasion in his new mayoral robes last week.
Former Councillor Ron Farnham has been donating plants to the garden together with fellow residents and local businesses transforming it into a bed of colour.
