Freemasons in Honiton donate two new computers to Honiton Citizens Advice Bureau.
Honiton Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) has been presented with two new computers by the Freemasons in Honiton.
The new equipment was presented to volunteers at the CAB at Honiton Library last Thursday by two of Honiton’s Freemason Lodges – Fortescue Lodge and Fortescue Chapter, who each donated a computer to the charity.
“It will make an enormous difference,” says Edwina Bradshaw, the co-chairman of the board of directors of East Devon for the Citizens Advice Bureau.
The new computer systems will enable volunteers to continue providing an efficient service in light of changes to council tax and software changes.

Honiton Citizens Advice Bureau is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
CAB has recently introduced an advice line, which recently came into operation, where those in need of advice can call the number putting them through to one of the offices in the Devon area. The new computers will also help streamline the new software system and advice line.
