The B3165 is a designated B road, thus there are signs on this road with national speed limit, which is (as stated in the Highway Code) 60 miles per hour.

The 30mph rule is for Tytherleigh and Axminster, which is clearly stated on the signs.

Why not put a speed camera up in these areas?
