Concern expressed over 'speeding' agricultural vehicles

POLICE in Honiton last week visited a farm near Monkton following complaints about speeding agricultural vehicles in Dowell Street.

POLICE in Honiton last week visited a farm near Monkton following complaints about "speeding" agricultural vehicles in Dowell Street.

Councillor Ron Farnham claimed the vehicles had been travelling up and down the A373 all day on Monday, October 12, and that they were not observing the 30mph speed limit.

He passed on his concerns to Pc Ian Atyeo during Honiton Town Council's October meeting.

Pc Atyeo said he would visit the farm straight after the meeting.
