HONITON Town Council has expressed concern over plans for two temporary classrooms at Mill Water School, in Honiton Bottom Road.Members of the council's planning committee last week accepted there was a need for the classrooms but expressed reservations over the loss of off-road parking spaces at the site.Councillors stressed the application did not represent a long-term solution to lack of accommodation at the school.
