Conservative Phil Twiss has won the Devon County Council election for the Feniton and Honiton electoral division.

The results were as follows:

Andrew Blackwell (Labour) 543

David Cox (Liberal Democrats) 371

Graham Smith (UKIP) 269

Phil Twiss (Conservative) 1,879

A total of 11 ballot papers were rejected. There was a 27.1 per cent turnout.
