Appliances from Colyton and Axminster mobilised to reports of smoke coming from a property
FIRE crews were called to reports of smoke coming from a property in Seaton today.
Appliances from Colyton and Axminster were mobilised to the incident at Summersby Close at 4.39pm.
Upon arrival crews needed to gain entry to the first floor flat using a short extension ladder and discovered there had been a small fire due to the cooker being left on, which was already out.
The electric cooker was isolated and the property was ventilated.
