Health and Local Food for Families (HALFF) will also offer a free lunch to all the mothers and children who attend, as well as free childcare.

Mothers can relax with friends and chat about food and any nutritional concerns.

Evening classes will be held at the Home Economics department at Axe Valley Community College, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, and start on Tuesday, September 22.

In Lyme Regis, sessions will be held at the Children's Centre, Kingsway, for six consecutive weeks starting on Wednesday, September 16, between 3pm and 5pm.

HALFF could also be running workshops in Honiton, depending on available funding.
