FREE copies are now available of Devon County Council's Devon bus map.

FREE copies are now available of Devon County Council's Devon bus map. The guide, which is published annually, provides residents and visitors with details of almost all local bus services and rail routes in the county. The map also includes information about the bus operators serving the area, many of which are under contract to the County Council. However, it does not contain information on services within towns and cities, school or work services.Copies are available from a number of outlets including tourist information centres, bus company offices, post offices and libraries.Councillor Margaret Rogers, Devon County Council Executive Member for Environment, said: "The map is a useful source of information for residents and visitors. As it provides details of the main local bus services in the area, it's a handy reference for anyone planning to use public transport in the county, whether it's to travel to work or for days out."For all timetable enquiries in South West England, call Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. Calls from landlines cost 10p per minute plus network extras. All DevonBus publications can be ordered from DevonBus on 01392 382800 or by e-mail to devonbus@devon.gov.uk.
