Police in Honiton step up patrols after fuel thefts in the town.
Police in Honiton will be stepping up patrols in response to fuel thefts in the town.
Police Community Support Officer Darren England told Honiton Town Council, at a meeting on Monday, that there had been a number of reports of fuel, particularly diesel, being stolen from vehicles parked in Dowell Street long stay and Lace Walk car parks.
Officers will be carrying out more patrols in the car parks to tackle the issue.
