Police say driver was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure

Rush hour traffic queued through Axminster this morning (Monday) after a single vehicle collision in West Street.

The accident, at around 8.40am, was described as “minor” by police, with the driver being taken to hospital as a “precautionary measure”.

The road is now clear.
