Crews called to Honiton kitchen fire

The incident happened on Saturday (July 30) at a property in Exeter Road, at 7.47pm.

Firefighters from Honiton and Ottery St Mary were called following a kitchen blaze in Honiton.

The incident happened on Saturday (July 30) at a property in Exeter Road, at 7.47pm.

On arrival, crews confirmed that there had been a small fire in the kitchen but that it was out on arrival.

A pair of firefighters used breathing apparatus to ventilate the property and made sure it was safe.
