RECORDED crime is down in Seaton for the first time this year, according to police figures.
Neighbourhood beat manager PC Roy Hutter said during the town council's July meetong onMonday (July 20) that there had been 23 incidents in June, compared to 39 in May.
Crime figures show a total of 219 incidents so far this year, with a peak of 53 in March.
