CRIME in Honiton for the period between August 11 and September 8 was down from 87 incidents last year to 71, PC Ian Atyeo has told Honiton Town Council.Recorded figures show that this year's statistics include six thefts from motor vehicles, 12 assaults, three incidents of driving with excess alcohol and a two drugs offences.A racially aggravated public order incident, a fraud and a case of an adult delivering alcohol to the under-age were also recorded.Single reports of a threat to kill, fraud and vehicle interference are being investigated.
