RE Tesco theft victim got 'no help: I am saddened to hear this story about the lady having her purse stolen in Tesco Honiton, but, unfortunately, I am not surprised by the response of the staff on the customer service desk.
Tesco used to pride itself on their customer service, but it certainly seems to be lacking now. You used to be able to go there and the staff would fall over themselves to help you.
I certainly hope this lady is OK and let it be a lesson to everyone else to keep an eye on your property when in Honiton's Tesco - as, if it goes missing, do not expect the staff to offer any help or support.
