ALLHALLOWS Museum in Honiton is displaying a temporary exhibition to mark the 65th anniversary of D-Day.
ALLHALLOWS Museum in Honiton is displaying a temporary exhibition to mark the 65th anniversary of D-Day.To complement the exhibition, the museum is staging a competition.The winner will receive a ticket to a D-Day air and classic car show at Smeatharpe, taking place on June 6 and 7.Questions are: Which world famous fighting unit left Upottery Airfield on June 5, 1944, and what was the name of the first Allied soldier killed on D-Day?Completed entries must be returned to the museum before 4pm on Thursday, June 4, and winners will be notified by telephone.
