Award winning actress Dame Helen Mirren was apparently spotted in Honiton yesterday.
Staff at Boston Tea Party in High Street believe the star, who has appeared in films such as The Queen, was in the cafe on Monday morning and ordered pancakes and a latte.
“I can’t be 100 per cent sure,” says Leon Baldry, the manager at Boston Tea Party. “I was not so sure but some of our regulars were convinced it was her. No one asked her or bothered her.”
He added: “It did look a lot like her.”
