Death trap for children
WHY, I ask, has an outdoor play area in Battishome Way, Honiton, without any provision for a pedestrian crossing, been allowed? We all know this facility is hugely beneficial to children. However, next to a busy road and no crossing, surely this is a hug
WHY, I ask, has an outdoor play area in Battishome Way, Honiton, without any provision for a pedestrian crossing, been allowed?
We all know this facility is hugely beneficial to children.
However, next to a busy road and no crossing, surely this is a huge hazard to children?
The very high road traffic injuries to the young during school holidays on the roads speaks volumes, especially as this is the time when children would use this play area.
I was shaken to find myself almost a victim when crossing this road with my grandson.
This area is an accident zone without a crossing.
